Where do you get your information?
Our team of historians and archeologists spend years rummaging through dusty libraries, city ruins and secret archives to uncover the historical gems you read on dufur.com… No? OK, Mike spends a lot of time on the web scouring obscure sites and making phone calls to learn whatever he can about these great places. To the best of our knowledge the information about the places featured on Dufur is historically accurate, and we hope, humorously summarized.

Do you offer anything besides tee shirts?
Not yet. But we plan to offer men’s tuxedos custom designed with town themes. We think the Bonanza and Big Bottom styles will be the most popular. (Wouldn’t that be great!?) OK, no tuxes. But we do plan to offer hoodies, long-sleeve T’s and maybe some other products in the future. If there’s a specific product you’d love to see, let Mike know about it. Email mike@dufur.com.


Is ordering on Dufur.com secure?
All personal information submitted to Dufur.com is fully protected and will NOT be sold or given to a third party. Your Internet browser helps you recognize when you visit a secure page on our site. A small lock icon appears in the bottom right-hand corner of your Internet browser. This means the information on the page is protected and safe. Additional online security is provided by SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, which prevents any unauthorized transmission of your personal information.


What kinds of payment do you accept?
Dufur.com accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express) as well as PayPal payments. Our site utilizes an SSL secure connection during the transaction so that your information is kept secure and private.


How do you ship?
We ship via the United States Postal Service. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that you choose. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, put in your address during checkout and click continue. The available shipping options to your address will be displayed with their price. Contact orders@dufur.com for any additional shipping info.


How long does it take to get my shirt?
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 2-3 business days. We’ll send you an email as soon as we ship your order. Dufur is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the US Postal Service.


Can I return my shirt?
Dufur does not accept returns, however we do accept exchanges. Unworn and unwashed shirts can be exchanged for other items sold at Dufur within 30 days of delivery. The packing slip that was included with your order has the instructions for an exchange at the bottom of the page. If you no longer have the packing slip you can email us at orders@dufur.com and we can let you know how to exchange your shirt. The buyer pays all shipping on exchanges. Contact orders@dufur.com for any additional questions about returns and exchanges.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. If you get an error instead of a shipping option during checkout, please email us at orders@dufur.com with your location and we will get it fixed. Attention International Buyers: Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.


Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the United States Postal Service, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country and use domestic shipping options and rates.
